General Terms
- Your unit and components herein are fully warranted against defective material and manufacturing for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- To obtain warranty protection, notice of alleged defects must be given promptly upon discovery and warranty card must be presented to our dealers at the time of service.
- This warranty is not valid unless the owner/buyer of this unit shall within 3 days of purchase, send portion of warranty card duly completed for registration.
- This malfunction does not particularly cover damage resulting from:
a) Accidental misuse or any manner of tampering
b) Usage of wrong electrical supply/voltage
c) Use not in accordance with the operation instruction booklet
d) Normal wear and tear
e) Corrosion, rusting or stains
- If at anytime during the warranty period any parts of the unit are replaced with a part not supplied or approved by us, or the unit has been dismantled or repaired by any person not authorized by us, this warranty immediately cease & become void.
- This warranty does not cover losses, damage, defects or malfunction caused by Act of God, fire or unrest. We shall not under any obligation, legal or otherwise, to repair your unit free of charge if the same shall be required as a result of losses, damages, defects & malfunction arising from any of the cause mentioned in this paragraph.
- This warranty does not cover any damages to vehicle due to or resulting from malfunction, workmanship, theft or accident.
- Under the circumstances must warranty card be altered, defaced or erased in any manner. Such alteration, defacement or erasure shall render this warranty invalid.
- The warranty protection does not include transportation of your unit to and from our service division.
- Our decision and all question relating to complaining as a result of defects, either workmanship and material shall be conclusive and you shall agree by such a decision. Any unit of defection part that has been replaced shall become our property.
- The terms and condition of the warranty shall be contained exclusivity written or otherwise, regardless the origin of the same, shall be accepted as either adding or subtracting from these terms and condition.
- By submitting your unit for repairs, you are deemed to have waived any claim of compensation, monetary or otherwise, which you may be entitled to. You are also deemed to agree to accept any compensation whatsoever, by way of additionally repair or otherwise which in our absolute discretion may deem fit to other. The giving of compensation under this paragraph shall be subjected to the other provisions in this warranty.
